Now, if you watch my video's you will know that I have been keeping fit with the help of a pretty intense bootcamp, when I could lift my little eyes.
With this now on a heistis until the end of April, I seriously need to be keeping up with some form of activity and having a serious word of myself in the exercise department!
While I have promised my self to start running again now the weather is slightly better and the mornings are lighter, I also have been flirting with the idea of going to an occasional pilates class. Then I remember about Blogilates, which is a youtube channel ran by Cassey Ho. I dipped my toe into these video several months ago and can't really remember why I stopped, knowing me as well as I do it was probably down to laziness! (shame on me)
The videos vary in length of time and are ideal for a early(isn) morning workout, the music is pop with some routines worked out to a specific popular song and who doesn't love a sing song to distract them from a workout! Not only all this, but the actual routines are hard and you can feel all the muscles aching in all the right places. Obviously with this being a video, you need to be careful that you are watching closely and you don't injure yourself.
For me Blogilates will be how I will be spending the first 20-30 mins of my morning for the next month and if you are looking to try something new then wonder over and check out the videos and join the fun!
