Hush The Fuss says, Relax...

Tuesday, 4 February 2014

There is very little a spa can not fix, and after a long, cold January I was looking forward to a Saturday afternoon at Mind Body and Soul with my 3 close friends.

I have to say, this completely exceed my expectations. Firstly because there was four of we had the whole place to ourselves, so this was the perfect way to catch up and relax while lounging about in robes flicking through magazines (take me back!). Lunch was also provided in the form of a soup and a sandwich, and what would a girlie spa day be without a glass of prosecco.

The actual treatments were fantastic, I have never felt so pampered and relaxed. A back neck and shoulder massage then a facial was the order of the day. I usually get swedish massages or deep tissues massages so I had asked for something along those lines. When it came to my shoulders the therapist, Jennifer really went for it which I loved and a few days later can definitely feel the difference.

The facial  used Elemis products, a brand I have never really used before but it all smelt lovely and felt light and fresh on my face. I will list all the products used below. My skin felt so nourished after this facial and I think I will be venturing to buy some Elemis products soon! What I really enjoyed about the facial was the fact your eyes were covered while your mask set and a hand and arm massage was down in this time.

This whole experience was perfectly pampering and Jennifer could not have been friendlier. We felt right at home in our robes, chatting away and wandering around. If you are looking for some time to escape this cold weather and treat yourself I would highly recommend Mind Body and Soul in 200 St Vincent Street.

What girl doesn't need a pamper session every now and then to clear your mind and recharge yourself.

xx

Products used during my facial:

Rehydrating Rose Petal Cleanser
Rehydrating Genzing Toner
Gentle Rose Exfoliator
Exotic Cream Moisturising Mask
Maximum Moisture Day Cream
Maximum Replenish Night Cream
