This weekend may have been a dull, grey Glasgow weekend and possibly not as productive as I had hoped... but let's be honest it's a rare weekend that is as productive as you plan. But I did get up to a few different things.
Firstly this week/weekend saw my lovely little gran turn 89! I don't know how many times I have said the words "imagine being 89!" but, can you? Of course, she doesn't look a day past 21 and has more words of wisdom/ superstitions that I could ever write in any blog post. A massive Happy Birthday to Gran Watson was had this week. Next year will be the big 90- can you imagine being 90?! ok, I'll get over the ageing process one day...
My sister and I also went out for a burger at Buddy's in Shawlands. Delicious and what better way to discuss wedding dresses over a big double cheese, pulled pork burger? Definitely hitting the gym after that one!
A new youtube video went live too, my haircare routine! be sure to check that out and I think that was the single time any sun came out over this weekend. Hazard of living in Scotland.
Sunday was a day for fluffy jumpers and some shopping. Followed on by some serious pampering. I did quite an indulgent pamper session last Sunday afternoon and it really set me up for the week, so much so I have done the exact same thing this Sunday afternoon. Relax, recharge and get ready for the week ahead. What better way to try and start of a positive, productive week than some relaxing.
